Tasks
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer with strong Object Oriented Programming skills and experience or interest in statistical analysis and front-end development for scientific data visualization. The role includes supporting users on the software and managing user manuals and documentation for customers.
The candidate will be part of our growing software team shaping the future of our products. Main responsibilities:
Contribute to design, develop, and maintain high-quality code in O-O .NET based programming Design and implement strategies to manage high-volume data (e.g., data pipelines, caching, indexing, and efficient file formats) to enable fast visualisation, filtering, and export of results.
Develop statistical postprocessing algorithms and data manipulation strategies, aimed for visualization purposes by means of graphs, diagrams, to facilitate data interpretation and understanding the results.
Develop GUI and bioanalytical tools for scientific data representation and visualisation, implementing plots, diagrams, and UX components that help users explore data, interpret results, and make decisions.
