What you'll be doing
As our Country Manager - Business Account, you will hold full strategic and operational (P&L;) responsibility for this vertical line of business, driving growth, strategy, and overall success across our Business clients ecosystem in a fast-paced environment.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Drive Strategy and P&L; - Own the growth strategy and execution for the Business Account segment, ensuring the achievement of financial and business milestones;
- Lead Sales Operations - Build, manage, motivate, and scale our commercial network
- Collaborate in a Matrix Structure - Work closely with Product, Growth, and other teams to shape the product roadmap and go to market to accelerate user acquisition;
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance - Oversee the regulatory framework of the business line, making sure all activities, features, and new launches comply with current financial regulations.
Who we're looking for
This role needs an experienced, commercially driven leader ready to take full ownership of scaling a core line of business.
