Reporting to the Sales Director, the role operates at the intersection of technical expertise, customer consultancy and commercial development, supporting strategic opportunities from early specification to project execution.
/ppThe position ensures that lighting solutions are not treated as standalone products, but as intelligent infrastructures combining lighting, controls, emergency lighting, IoT, connectivity, safety, energy efficiency, and digital services.

/liliProficient English is required; br / knowledge of Italian, French, Spanish or German is considered a nice-to-have.
/liliMinimum 7 years of experience in professional lighting, lighting controls, smart buildings, smart cities, infrastructure, IoT solutions, or systems integration.
/liliProven experience in customer-facing technical roles supporting complex solution sales or strategic project development.
/liliExperience working with consultants, designers, engineering firms, municipalities, infrastructure operators, developers and end users.
/liliInternational project exposure and multi-brand or multi-technology integration experience are considered a plus.

/ppbr / /ppemThe gross annual salary for this role, according to the company's compensation policy, ranges from €43,200 to €54,000 gross per year (CCNL Gomma Plastica).

Placement within the indicated salary range will depend on an assessment of the candidate's experience, seniority level, responsibilities, soft skills, technical and specialized competencies, and any other role-relevant factors evaluated during the selection process.
For candidates whose skills and experience significantly exceed the position requirements, a salary offer above the upper limit of the stated range may be considered, subject to internal approval.
