The position is based in our bMilan office /b and is a fixed-term position to cover a maternity leave.
/ppFulfilling responsibilities.
A team that inspires.
/pulliCoordinate and manage merchandising and Point of Sale (POS) activities across assigned retailers, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
/liliPlan and coordinate the implementation of new product launches and merchandising updates, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company standards.
Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
/liliCoordinate daily with external merchandising agencies to ensure the effective execution of in-store activities.
/liliMonitor in-store execution, brand visibility and competitor activities, providing regular insights and recommendations to the Sales team.
/liliPlan and coordinate merchandising activities for marketing and PR events, ensuring consistent brand presentation and flawless execution.
/liliCollaborate closely with the Italian team and maintain effective communication with cosnova Headquarters in Germany.

/pulliExperience in the FMCG industry (preferably in the beauty sector), ideally within SOP, Customer Service, or Merchandising functions, is considered a plus /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills /liliCustomer-oriented mindset /liliProactive and goal-driven approach, with a strong team spirit, collaborative attitude, positivity, resilience, hands?on mentality, and flexibility /liliStrong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced); knowledge of SAP is a plus /liliNative or fluent Italian and good English (B2 or higher) for working with local teams and the German headquarters /li /ulpExciting work.
