Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supportend-to-end recruitment processes(job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
Source candidatesthrough job boards, social media, and internal databases
Conductinitial candidate screenings and phone interviews
Maintain and update theApplicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate withhiring managersto understand role requirements
Ensure apositive candidate experiencethroughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing)in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields
Strong interest inTalent Acquisition / HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level) and French (minimum C1)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
