/ppReporting directly to the Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the company#39;s IT landscape while leading internal teams and managing strategic technology partners.

/liliOversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity services, and cybersecurity operations.
/liliDrive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
/liliManage external vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs.
/liliEstablish and maintain IT operational processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.
/liliSupport Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives.
/liliCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align IT operations with strategic objectives.
/liliLead and mentor technical teams across international environments.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Are Looking For: /strong /pulliProven experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery leadership roles.
/liliPrevious responsibility for managing technical teams and external providers.
/liliStrong background in enterprise IT environments and operational governance.
/liliExperience with ITIL-based service management practices.
/liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
