We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities and helping shape the future workforce of Electrolux Professional. What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Management & Talent Acquisition plays a key role in supporting Electrolux Professional as a high‑performing learning organization. In this position, you will help evolve our talent practices to attract, recruit, develop,
and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment and employer branding initiatives in Pordenone, Italy, and potentially across other regions in Europe. This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys combining strategic partnerships with hands‑on execution while supporting and advising senior leaders. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You are also genuinely interested in understanding our business and how strong talent practices can support our long‑term success. To succeed in this role, you are curious, humble, candidate‑focused, and skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships.
