/li /ulh3What you'll bring /h3pWe're seeking a leader who thrives on collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement.
You'll bring expertise in curriculum and a passion for helping educators grow.
/pulliDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care /liliAt least 2 years' experience in a Lead Educator or curriculum leadership role.
/liliIn-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
/liliStrong coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice skills.
/liliKnowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogical documentation.
/liliWWCC and First Aid.
