Position Snapshot
- Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages (NWPB)
- Location: Assago (Milano)
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally complemented by previous experience as an HR Business Partner, enabling a strong connection between people development and business strategy
- Significant experience gained in global, premium-brand organizations, with exposure to international stakeholders and complex matrix environments.
Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €65.000,00 + annual premio.
Position Summary
Lead the Learning & Development agenda for NWPB, ensuring learning priorities are aligned with business transformation, premium segment growth and market needs. Accountable for learning governance, compliance training, capability building, L&D; technology ecosystem, vendor management, budget governance and learning impact measurement across markets.
Act as a strategic partner in shaping and implementing the NWPB Talent Management Strategy, ensuring that learning and capability-building priorities accelerate the development of critical talent, strengthen succession pipelines, support internal mobility, and build future-ready leadership capabilities aligned with business transformation and growth objectives. Scope: Global NWPB Reports to: Head of Talent & Engagement NWPB
What are the responsibilities?
- Define and drive the L&D; strategy aligned with NWPB business priorities.
- Design and govern development journeys for key talent, successors and leadership populations, ensuring readiness for future business needs and critical roles.
- Establish governance of mandatory training, compliance tracking and audit readiness.
- Lead deployment of Learning Management system and digital learning ecosystem.
- Identify capability gaps and translate them into learn
