The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of all systems, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with other disciplines, and driving progress from procurement through to commissioning and handover /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliLead productivity by implementing effective weekly and daily work plans.
/liliSupervise and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
/liliUphold the highest Quality and Safety standards through diligent implementation and monitoring of procedures.
/liliTrack labour, manage resource allocation, and maintain accurate productivity records.
/liliEngage proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
/liliLiaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
/liliLead, mentor, and support project teams, supervisors, and foremen to drive performance and accountability.
/liliCollaborate with foremen to ensure materials, equipment, and information are in place for safe, efficient work execution.
/liliCoordinate activities with other subcontractors to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operations.
/liliReview and approve project documentation and foremen reports, ensuring timely closeout of all issues.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliMinimum strong10 years' experience /strong in a similar role.
/liliStrong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
/liliProficient in strongMS Word, Excel /strong, and other relevant project management tools.
/liliProven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate multidisciplinary project activities.
/liliCommercially astute, with a strong understanding of project financial management and cost control.
/liliCapable of working under pressure to meet demanding schedules while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
