We are looking for an experienced Production Planner – Coffee Industry

La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AGis expanding its coffee manufacturing operations in Italy, and we are looking for an experiencedProduction Planner (m/f/d)to strengthen our production team.
Our group operates modern coffee production facilities inFano, Bologna and Monteporzio, coveringcoffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Planner withat least 3 years of experience in the coffee industryand a solid understanding of the complexity of industrial coffee production.
Your Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinatedaily, weekly and monthly production schedules
• Align production plans withsales forecasts, demand and inventory levels
• Coordinate production capacity acrossroasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines
• Monitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain a smooth production flow
• Coordinate closely withProduction, Procurement, Logistics and Qualityteams
• Identify opportunities to improve production planning, efficiency and capacity utilization
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows
Your Profile
•Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the coffee industry
• Practical experience withcoffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and/or coffee packaging
• Strong understanding ofindustrial coffee manufacturing processes
• Experience withERP, MRP or production planning systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to manage and coordinatecomplex, multi-line production environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments
Experience in companies such asIlly, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet's, Caffè Vergnanoor similar industrial coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.
