In this role you will monitor and analyze Italian banks within Fitch’s Financial Institutions Group, supporting ratings and research. You will engage with senior management, contribute to rating committees, and help shape market transparency through high-quality reports. - Monitor a portfolio of bank issuer ratings and support rating decisions
- Conduct detailed financial and credit analysis of Italian banks and other European institutions
- Maintain analytical tools, financial models, and peer benchmarks
- Write and publish rating reports and market commentary
- Participate in rating committees and engage with issuer senior management
- Contribute to sector research, country xysqume analyses, and ad hoc analytical projects
- Approximately 2–5 years of analytical experience in credit analysis or related fields
- Strong financial statement analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian (native) and English
- University degree and ability to manage multiple priorities within a team
