Luxury Client Advisor Intern — In-Store Experience

Within the Loro Piana store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of sales activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand’s values.

This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of high‑end retail, acquiring skills in the luxury sector and developing relational and organizational abilities.

Job responsibilities

- Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique
- Supporting the sales process and post‑sales activities
- Contributing to maintaining the store’s image according to Loro Piana standards
- Managing stock, visual merchandising, and back‑office tasks
- Assisting in the preparation and management of in‑store events

Profile
- Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fields
- Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
- Good command of English;
knowledge of additionallanguages is a plus
- Availability of working in shifts, including weekends
