/li liEnsure, in compliance with applicable regulations and in line with company policies, the proper definition, recruitment, and management of plant personnel, while ensuring and developing their professional capabilities; /li liCollaborate with senior management to ensure the proper application of the Employee Charter principles; /li liEnsure the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant's occupational health service,
maintaining high quality standards and compliance with applicable regulations; /li liManage change management processes at plant level (reorganizations, operational transformations, new organizational models); /li liSupport the implementation of new organizational structures and competency frameworks; /li liEnsure effective management of industrial relations and legal matters, including any disputes, fostering continuous improvement of the company climate; /li liPromote positive and inclusive company culture, enhancing internal communication and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction; /li liCoordinate and develop the plant HR team, ensuring service effectiveness and efficiency.
/li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pJob Requirements: /p ul liDegree in Law or Humanities, with a specialization in Human Resources; /li liKnowledge of labor law and industrial relations (mandatory); /li liExperience in manufacturing/production plant environments (preferred); /li liExperience in reorganization and change management processes; /li liKnowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR data analysis tools; /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
