One Works is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join the team in our office in Milan.The activity consists in:Support the activities of the BIM managerSupport the activities of the design leaderSupport or draft the BEP, oGI, pGISupport BIM implementation within the single projectSupport and coordinate the internal team and the external consultantsManage the clash detection activityModel checking activitySupport to update the company's standardsWorking within a team in various types of projects and at all levels of designCoordination with professionals in other business areas and any external disciplinesAttend and contribute to project meetingsJob requirementsMaster's Degree in Architecture or EngineeringExperience in management of BIM models:
use of the digital model in design phase to implement its level of geometric and informative developmentGeneral knowledge of the operational functions of BIM Authoring software and Code & Model CheckingExperience in the field of engineeringExcellent knowledge of the Autodesk RevitAbility to create and manipulate Revit familiesKnowledge of the parametric design environmentKnowledge of DynamoKnowledge of Autodesk NavisworksKnowledge of Nemetschek SolibriFluent knowledge of EnglishAbility to work in a teamEager to learn more digital technologies and innovations to make design and implementation processes more efficient.
