This is a founding capital partnership opportunity. The selected individual will enter Institute Itech as a core financial stakeholder, with the option to assume an active operational role within the organization.

To sustain and accelerate this trajectory, the Institute is selectively opening its capital structure to a limited number of high-conviction individuals prepared to participate in its growth with meaningful financial commitment.
About the Opportunity:
Institute Itech is seeking a Strategic Capital Partner — an individual of proven financial standing and entrepreneurial vision who wishes to contribute directly to the capitalization and financial solidity of the Institute, in exchange for a formal equity stake and, optionally, an active role within the organization.
This is a direct capital participation opportunity. The Strategic Capital Partner will provide financial resources that support Institute Itech's operational continuity, international expansion,
and flagship project development — becoming a genuine co-stakeholder in one of Italy's most ambitious deep-tech research institutions.
The entry is structured as a private, individually negotiated agreement, with terms tailored to the profile, commitment level, and strategic interests of the selected candidate. Those who wish to go beyond a purely financial role may also assume an operational position within Institute Itech, contributing their expertise alongside their capital in a defined executive or advisory capacity.
Areas of Participation:
Capital Contribution & Financial Partnership
- Provide direct financial participation to support Institute Itech's capitalization, liquidity, and operational development
- Enter the company's equity structure through a formally negotiated agreement, acquiring a meaningful ownership stake
- Contribute to the financial foundation required to sustain Institute Itech's growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
- Participate in future capital rounds and strategic financing decisions as a core stakeholder
Equity & Ownership
- Hold a formal equity position in Institute Itech, structured to reflect the nature and scale of the financial commitment
- Participate in the governance and financial oversight of the organization as a recognized institutional stakeholder
- Agevolazioni from the long-term value creation potential of Institute Itech's proprietary project portfolio: Memoria™, Oxyleaf™, Terra™, Polaris™, Balloon™, and Biocity™
Operational Role (Optional)
- For candidates with relevant professional expertise, an active operational role within Institute Itech may be structured alongside the capital participation
- The operational role — whether executive, managerial, or advisory — will be defined based on the candidate's background, interests, and the Institute's organizational needs
- This dual structure allows the Strategic Capital Partner to contribute both financially and professionally to the Institute's development
Profile We Are Looking For
- Individual of demonstrated financial solidity and capacity to make a direct, meaningful capital contribution to a growing organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine long-term orientation toward value creation
- Alignment with Institute Itech's mission across environmental innovation, AI, urban development, and applied technology
- Comfort operating within a private, confidential, and individually structured partnership framework
- Fluent Italian and/or English
- Absolute discretion, integrity, and institutional credibility
Preferred Background
- Experience as entrepreneur, investor, or senior executive with a track record of capital deployment or business building
- Familiarity with equity structures, shareholder agreements, and private company governance
- Existing network within Italian, European, or international business and investment ecosystems
- Background in technology, finance, real estate, industry, or any sector involving significant capital management
- Interest in deep-tech, sustainability, AI, or innovation-driven ventures
