Reporting to the Design Office Assistance Coordinator, the Creative Office Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of Gucci’s Creative Department. The role ensures effective coordination across Design teams and key internal and external stakeholders, enabling a well-organized, responsive and efficient working environment where creative activities can run smoothly.
The role combines travel and research logistics, casting and fitting support, office operations, administrative coordination and cross-functional follow-up, with a strong focus on service, accuracy and timely execution.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate travel,
logistics and research activities for the Design Office, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of creative projects and events.
Support the management of vintage and research items, including sourcing, transportation, documentation and delivery for creative activities, fittings and meetings.
Coordinate model-related activities, including bookings, travel arrangements, agency communications and logistical support for fittings and creative sessions.
Support the preparation and coordination of meetings, fittings and backstage activities, ensuring all materials, equipment and resources are available when needed.
Manage day-to-day Creative Office operations, including meeting room allocation, office supplies, service requests and operational follow-up.
