/ppbr / /ppOur group operates modern coffee production facilities in strongFano, Bologna and Monteporzio /strong, covering strongcoffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging /strong.
/ppbr / /ppAs we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Planner with strongat least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry /strong and a solid understanding of the complexity of industrial coffee production.
/ppbr / /ppstrong Your Responsibilities /strong /pp• Plan and coordinate strongdaily, weekly and monthly production schedules /strong /pp • Align production plans with strongsales forecasts, demand and inventory levels /strong /pp • Coordinate production capacity across strongroasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines /strong /pp • Monitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization /pp • Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain a smooth production flow /pp • Coordinate closely with strongProduction, Procurement, Logistics and Quality /strong teams /pp • Identify opportunities to improve production planning, efficiency and capacity utilization /pp • Support continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows /ppbr / /ppstrong Your Profile /strong /pp• strongMinimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the coffee industry /strong /pp • Practical experience with strongcoffee roasting,
grinding, capsule production and/or coffee packaging /strong /pp • Strong understanding of strongindustrial coffee manufacturing processes /strong /pp • Experience with strongERP, MRP or production planning systems /strong /pp • Strong analytical and organizational skills /pp • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach /pp • Ability to manage and coordinate strongcomplex, multi-line production environments /strong /pp • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments /ppExperience in companies such as strongIlly, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet's, Caffè Vergnano /strong or similar industrial coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.
