ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar,
and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Sommelier Maïtre, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional wine experience to our guests, from presentation and service to expert advice and cellar management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Serve wines at the table following professional standards: opening, decanting, presentation and commentary, tasting, and serving by the glass
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all wine products
- Contribute to high-quality guest reception and service
- Perform end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service
- Ensure all work areas are kept in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality)
