DILS - Digital Innovation Line Service S.r.l., Società di servizi informatici ricerca: IT Proximity Team Leader: We are currently seeking a Proximity Team Leader for a well-established international company operating in the luxury retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating IT support activities within their geographical area, ensuring high service standards, the successful delivery of IT projects, and the effective management of team resources. This role serves as a key liaison between the business, central IT teams, and local stakeholders, with the objective of ensuring operational continuity, service excellence, and the successful adoption of technology solutions that support business needs.
ACTIVITIES People Management
- Manages the team under his/her geographical perimeter
- Recruit, coach, set objectives and appraise
- Define and maintain an evolution plan for his team




- Organize the shifts in order to ensure the required coverage
- Maintain continuous relation with the Local HR department

Finance Management
- Participate to the budget elaboration as well as the quarterly review
- Prepare the inputs about the hardware / maintenance under his scope
- Propose any necessary changes/amendments to the budget

Project Management
- Participate to the project / activities roadmap definition and execution
- Capture proactively the activities from the relevant entities / Group IT
- Book the relevant resources in order to participate to the delivery in alignment with the Project Manager assigned
- Follow and promote the Group IT project management methodology

Service Management
- Monitor and report about the delivery and support of the Business services in scope for his/her area
- Detect and report proactively about any pattern o
