We are looking for professionals to join the following departments: /pulliTravel Designer – designing tailor-made itineraries, researching and selecting experiences, and developing personalised proposals.
/liliBooking – managing requests, preparing quotations, handling bookings, and liaising with hotels, suppliers and partners.
/liliOperations – coordinating services on the ground, managing operations and resolving any issues that may arise.br / /li /ulThe Profile We Are Looking Forpbr / /ppWe are looking for people with:
/pulliA strong interest in the tourism industry and in Italy as a destination; br / /liliExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively; br / /liliStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality; br / /liliAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage unexpected challenges; br / /liliAutonomy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility; br / /liliFlexibility andthe ability to adapt to dynamic environments; br / /liliA team-orientedmindset and a collaborative approach; br / /liliStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international environment.br / /li /ulLanguagespbr / /ppFluency in English is essential, while Spanish and Chinese are considered a plus.

/ppFor this reason, we provide initial training on the Italy product, itinerary design and the main processes of an Incoming DMC.
/ppThe learning journey will continue through hands-on experience, collaboration with the team, and first-hand knowledge of destinations, hotels, experiences and suppliers.
