The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining seamless service delivery and hotel standards.
Key responsibilities include managing staff across various departments, developing and implementing operational strategies,
and offering employee training to maintain quality standards.
The Hotel Operations Manager will collaborate with department heads to track performance metrics and continually improve the guest experience.
