As a Network Engineer in NTT DATA’s Managed Services, you support a major international automotive client from the Rome site, ensuring continuous, SLA-driven network operations. You collaborate with a global team to deliver reliable service, handle on-site activities, and contribute to customer satisfaction. The role involves on-call support, incident handling, and hands‑on configuration and optimization of network gear. You will shape service delivery through routine changes, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, within a diverse, inclusive culture.

- Daily Onsite Service
- Perform standard changes (AP, Switch, etc.) and handover to Operations
- Local troubleshooting including configuration
- Break & Fix support
- Major Change support
- Local spare parts management
- Performance testing support
- Performance tuning and optimization support




- Equipment Configuration Cleaning and Hardening support
- Backup / DR testing support
- Reporting
- Escalating unresolved issues to Central NOC
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team working and collaborative approach
- Eager to learn
- Good xysqume understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Ability to follow scripts and documented procedures
- Confidence in troubleshooting of hardware/software
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in service delivery
- Able to work in international environment using English (speaking and writing)
