Our Client is a leading international Company operating in the Industrial sector and, in order to strengthen their Product Industrialization Department, they're looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Software & Product Integration
Posizione:
The successful candidate will join the 4th Level Technical Support team and act as the technical interface between field service organizations and software development teams.
The role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, log analysis capabilities, and continuous collaboration with international development teams.
Main Responsibilities
Manage 4th-level software escalations.
Analyze and resolve software and system-related issues.
Perform analysis of logs, events, and operational anomalies.
Support integration activities with customer infrastructures and systems.
Collaborate with software development teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Validate new software and firmware releases.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
Provide technical support and training to partners and service organizations.
Requisiti:
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software and system troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking.
Ability to analyze application and system logs.
Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
Knowledge of scripting languages and tools (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory requirement).
Availability for occasional travel within Italy and abroad.

Experience in Banking Automation, ATM, or self-service solutions.
Experience with APIs, web services, and integration protocols.
Strong aptitude for technical training and technical documentation.
