Mayfair and City, Monaco, Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Oman, Barcelona, Marbella and Ibiza.Born from the spirit of an adventure, COYA celebrates Latin American culture through delicious Peruvian food, innovative cocktails, music, art and happenings.We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the pre-opening of COYA Milan.Experience you will need:Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar role in high-end brandPrevious experience in pre-opening, including kitchen set-up, team training & recruitment, and menu developmentRelevant experience in a high-volume, high end kitchen environment and attention to detailTo have excellent knowledge of food preparation, including working with limitations such as allergiesTo hold overall responsibility for kitchen staffing levels,
