Position Overview
As Market Intelligence Manager, you will support the Marketing function by delivering actionable market insights to drive strategic decisions and business growth. You will analyze medium-term market trends, including technological, competitive, and macroeconomic factors impacting key markets and products. You will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Market Intelligence tools, processes, and best practices, strengthening the organization’s ability to anticipate market evolution and identify new opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor market, technology, and macroeconomic trends, assessing and forecasting their impact on key markets and products over a 3–5-year horizon collaborating with regional and country sales & marketing organizations, RPD, Corporate Affairs
- Analyze Ariston Group market share across key markets and product categories
- Develop mid-long term market scenarios at the basis of Group strategic planning
- Report to senior Group management about market trends Ariston Group performance
- Identify, evaluate, and leverage external data sources to strengthen market and competitive intelligence capabilities
- Proactively continuous improvement of Group Market Intelligence methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Lead the team composed by one Market Intelligence resource
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines.
- At least 5-7 years experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, Product Management, Strategy, or similar roles, ideally in an international context.
- Proven ability to define and leverage external data sources and analytical frameworks to support business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders and working effectively in international, cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 € and 77.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
