The RoleWithin our R&D; area,
we are looking for a Industrial Design Manager who will report to the R&D; Manager and lead the design development of new products, as well as the evolution of existing product ranges, ensuring consistency across aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics and user experience.
The Industrial Design Manager will contribute directly to the creation of designs, concepts, aesthetic surfaces, renders and development packages, working closely with R&D;, Product, Marketing, Strategy, headquarters, external agencies and design studios.
This person will act as the internal point of reference for translating concepts, design language and guidelines defined by the Group into concrete design solutions that are consistent with LELIT's positioning and suitable for industrialisation.
