/p pFor this reason, we are seeking a bProject Manager /b b(m/f/d) /bwho would like to join this strategic initiative from its very early stages, actively contributing to the creation and development of the team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing national and international ERP projects and, through their experience and leadership capabilities, will have the opportunity to gradually assume increasing responsibilities and ultimately grow into the role of bTeam Leader of the new Business Central Team /b.
/p pThe ideal candidate has a solid understanding of business processes and organizational dynamics, combined with experience in managing complex projects within international environments.
They will be involved in business requirements analysis, solution design, and project coordination activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, management, and external partners.
/p pWe are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, eager to contribute to the implementation of a modern, standardized ERP ecosystem and to support the growth of a newly established team within an international and dynamic environment.
/p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport and advise Würth Group companies in the implementation and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
/li liAnalyze and optimize business processes across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
/li liGather, evaluate, and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
/li liPlan, coordinate, and manage national and international ERP projects.
/li liFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings with business departments and management.
/li liCoordinate external implementation partners, ensuring quality standards and project objectives are achieved.
/li liSupport ERP rollout, migration, and transformation initiatives across the Würth Group.
/li liDrive process standardization, best practices, and governance within the Business Central environment.
/li liActively contribute to the definition and development of the new Business Central Team.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
/li liSeveral years of experience as an ERP Consultant, Project Manager, or Key User.
/li liKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
/li liStrong understanding of business processes and organizational structures.
/li liExperience managing or participating in ERP projects.Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business stakeholders and management.
/li liFluent Italian, German, and English language skills.
