/liliParticipate in interviews and candidate evaluation processes /liliCreate shortlists for hiring managers and ensure compliance with the recruitment process /liliSupporting with SHL assessment /liliRepresent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent /liliBuild, develop, and manage strategic relationships with universities, business schools, and external talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality candidates /liliReporting and analytics activities /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications: /strong /ppbr / /pulliDegree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field /lili3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Talent Acquisition Employer Branding, or similar roles.
