pA Software Engineer – C++ is sought by this leading satellite systems organisation to be based at their R+D Centre in Milan.
The Software Engineer – C++ will be responsible for developing software at all levels under Linux and also microcontroller level in C++.
Working closely with the hardware team the Software Engineer – C++ will working with a variety of network protocols including TCP/UDP, I2C, UART etc.
The Software Engineer - C++ will also have the opportunity to assist in some kernel modification and customisation.
/ppbr / /ppHaving completed your technical education, you will have gained several years of experience developing software under Linux and at microcontroller / microprocessor level (AMD, ARM, SoC).
/ppYou will have strong Modern C++ programming skills coupled with an excellent knowledge of Linux based systems (GCC, CMake, gdb, etc.) and multiple Linux distros (PetaLinux, Yocto, OpenEmbedded etc.).
Any exposure to TCP/UDP, I2C, SPI, UART etc. would be beneficial.
