We are looking for a
Sales Operations / Back Office Intern
to join our Milan-based team and support our day-to-day commercial operations with accuracy, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
Your RoleAs a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our sales and backoffice teams, gaining hands-on experience in B2B order management and after-sales operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the preparation and management of sales orders and pro forma invoicesUpdating and maintaining customer master dataAssisting with order processing and monitoring delivery timelinesHelping prepare customs documentation for international shipmentsCollaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational workflowsSupporting general back-office and administrative activities
Who You AreA recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration,
or a related fieldDetail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data and documentsProactive, collaborative, and eager to learnFluent in English;
knowledge of additionallanguages is a plusConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelPrevious exposure to ERP systems is an advantage, but not required
