As we deliver our ambitious Growth Strategy, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our Pharma team, responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining profitable sales in Pharma markets.
Experience of working in a similar Sales role, ideally with 2+ years of experience Bachelor’s Degree i.e. Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or other scientific fields Proficiency in MS Office Must be fluent in local language Must have good oral and written proficiency in the English language To identify, develop & maintain profitable sales in line with annual targets/sales plan To negotiate best possible commercial agreements with customers Generate Croda’s CRM, Call Reports, Sample & Internet Inquires, and Sales Pipeline to drive the sales process Perform all duties within the Company’s safety,
health and environmental regulations This is a hybrid role based at our Mortara site, located in Pavia province.
