SUMMARY AND GOAL
JLL is looking for an experienced Head of Procurement and Cost Management to lead the procurement, tendering and cost management function across our Project & Development Services and Tétris platform in Italy, in coordination with the processes and respective functions within EMEA. This is a senior leadership position:
the successful candidate will define procurement and cost management strategy, own commercial governance across the project lifecycle—from feasibility and cost planning through tendering, contract award, cost control and final account—and build and lead a team of Procurement, Cost and Tender Managers. The role partners closely with Business Development, Sales, Construction Management, Legal and Finance, and acts as the senior commercial point of contact for clients, contractors and suppliers on the most complex and highest-value assignments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy, Leadership and Governance
- Define and continuously improve the procurement and cost management strategy, policies and standard methodologies for Italy and EMEA, aligning them with JLL/Tétris global governance and client expectations.
