- Last Mile capacity planning: Creation of structured capacity plans on a 1-6 months time frame - Last Mile Risk Mitigation: Monitor actual capacity to identify capacity risks and propose risk mitigation approaches - Execution analysis: Analyze and understand gaps between plan and execution and work with relevant stakeholders to rectify gaps -System and Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement processes to constantly improve the quality of our last mile capacity - Peak Planning: Create and coordinate the execution of peak capcity plans*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
