Your role
As a Senior Technical Sales Manager – Protection, Automation & Control, you will be part of the Electrification and Automation – Customer Services team, contributing to the growth and scalability of our Service business within the market of protection,
automation and control systems for electrical infrastructures.
Customer Services supports customers in managing, upgrading and extending the lifecycle of their installed base, ensuring operational continuity, reliability, safety and technological sustainability throughout the entire asset lifecycle.
In this role, you will act as a senior technical-commercial reference for the development of the Service portfolio, identifying opportunities arising from operational challenges, aging assets and technology obsolescence, and converting them into structured and scalable service solutions.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving the growth and promotion of the Service portfolio for protection systems, substation automation, RTUs, SCADA and control solutions as well as developing opportunities across primary substations, HV/MV substations, power generation plants and industrial electrical infrastructures
