Purchasing Supervisor The Purchasing

Supervisor is part of the local Supply Chain team, reporting to the Site Director, and is responsible for activities related to the procurement of direct materials. Responsible for implementing the local sourcing strategy for the assigned suppliers (Class C), defining commercial terms and intervening directly when necessary.

Managers in commercial negotiations with Class A and B suppliers.

Participates in continuous improvement projects and Product Changes, supporting company functions in the development of new products or modifications to existing ones. Manages and develops the purchasing team, promoting skills growth and alignment with expected performance levels. Prepares reports, analyses, and presentations for management, including budgets and performance dashboards.

University degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience/knowledge.

Fluent

English proficiency. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus. Leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in complex, dynamic, and international environments.
