What You'll Do
- Build content. Create slide decks, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, video scripts, and hands-on lab exercises under the guidance of the Partner Enablement Lead and Head of Partner Enablement.
- Support curriculum delivery. Help run and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new partners.
- Work with SMEs. Sit down with Solution Architects, Developers, and Professional Services consultants to capture their knowledge and turn it into structured learning content.
- Help maintain the training lab. Support the setup, testing, and upkeep of our virtual training lab environment so it stays realistic and reliable for partners.
- Support certification. Help build and administer practical exams and track partner certification progress.
- Gather feedback. Collect input from partners and internal trainers, and help turn it into concrete content improvements.
What You'll Need
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software — as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultant,
Technical Trainer, or similar customer-facing/technical role.
- Comfort with complex, configurable platforms (FSM, ERP, CRM, EAM, or similar) — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be able to learn the product deeply.
- Strong writing and communication skills — you can turn technical detail into something a new learner can follow.
- A builder's mindset: you're comfortable creating training materials from scratch, including hands-on labs.
- Organized and self-directed, with the ability to juggle multiple partners and content workstreams at once.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM) or Asset Management (EAM) platforms.
- Experience in or exposure to asset-intensive industries like Utilities, Energy, or Telco.
- Prior experience in a partner enablement, channel enablement, or technical training role.
- Experience working with or supporting a systems integrator (SI) relationship.
