YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter - Receptionist (Part-time) YellowSquare is looking for a reliable, professional, and proactive Night Porter - Receptionist (Part-time) for our Milan hostel.
This role is the heartbeat of our nights: you’ll be the go-to person for our guests when the sun goes down, balancing administrative precision with a watchful eye on the hostel’s safety. Dealing with bookings and managing the front desk during the night shift
- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, and entrances to maintain a safe environment
- Acting as the first point of contact for any emergencies during the night. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality or front desk)
- Excellence in customer service: you know how to make a guest feel at home
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced or unexpected situation
- High proficiency in spoken and written English (any other language is a big plus!)
- Flexibility with night shifts and working hours;
Salary & Contract: CCNL Turismo (Level 3), Tempo parziale (16 hours/week). The compensation is pro-rated based on a full-time gross annual salary (RAL) of €25,1k
