Role Description The Receptionist role at Six Senses in Rome is a full-time, on-site position responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, responding to guest inquiries in person and via email, handling reservations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
