CALLING FOR: Junior Product Manager Come build products people love to use. You’ve got ~2 years of experience. You’ve seen how products work. Now you want to actually own, drive, and ship. You’ll work side by side with a Senior PM stepping into a team lead role: meaning real ownership from day one, and someone genuinely invested in making you better.

The Platform

ShippyPro helps merchants manage shipping end-to-end: carrier selection, label generation, tracking, and integrations with e-commerce platforms and couriers. One place to move faster, reduce manual work, and stay in control. We’re not looking for someone who manages tickets.

We’re looking for someone who owns outcomes. Core product and integrations are where complexity lives: edge cases, carrier quirks, broken workflows. Your job is to bring clarity and turn that complexity into solutions that actually work.





You’ll grow fast with a Senior PM who’s building the team around you You’ll touch everything: product, UX, APIs, integrations You’ll see the impact of your work immediately Work with the Senior PM to define, prioritize, and ship product improvements Own features end-to-end: discovery → delivery → iteration Use data to guide decisions and spot issues early Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams 2 years in product, product ops, or similar ~ Comfort with ambiguity — you move without perfect info ~ Curiosity for data (SQL is a plus) ~ English proficiency You have opinions, but you update them with data You don’t wait — you take initiative Performance premio tied to impact Meal vouchers (office or remote) Yearly learning budget and AI tools Flexible working setup across our offices in Florence and Milan A team that moves fast and cares about building things well Product interview — a deep-dive with the Senior PM on how you think and work # Take-home challenge — a short, practical exercise to see how you approach a real product problem #
