They are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a long-term transformation programme based in Florence.

We're looking for a developer who can contribute from day one, work effectively within an experienced engineering team and take ownership of delivering high-quality Java solutions.
Key Requirements5+ years' commercial experience developing with Java.
Strong understanding of Java development and software engineering best practices.
Experience working on enterprise-scale applications and complex technical environments.
Ability to analyse requirements, design solutions and deliver robust, maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Comfortable working collaboratively within a development team.
Fluent Italian is essential.
Ability to work 5 days per week onsite in Florence.
