Start Your International Career in Lisbon
Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service?
Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon, with positions starting in September & October. You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customers through social media and digital platforms.
- Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Italian, spoken and written.
- English B1/B2.
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.




- Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Contract & Benefits
- 12-month contract, with possibility of renewal.
- 40 hours/week, 8-hour rotating shifts.

Salary
Without Company Accommodation:
€1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
With Company Accommodation:
€1,040.68 gross/month + performance premio(to be disclosed).
