About The Role The primary function for the Machining Support Operator is to support machining operations by handling, positioning, and moving components for machine tools.
You will report to Metal Works Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, position, and align components on machine tools;
- Perform deburring and edge-breaking activities;
- Protect components from damage, deformation, or deterioration;
- Ensure traceability information are correctly applied;
- Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitter, Mechanical Assembler or Machine Operator;
- Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am;
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €29.100 to €37.000.
