As HSE Officer, you will respond to the H&S; Domestic Onshore Projects Manager and be part of the HSE Function within the HSE E&C; ONSHORE PROJECTS Department.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Implementation and Monitoring of the HSE System
- Support the application of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at the site.
- Verify the adequacy of the Site HSE Plan, update documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Risk Assessment and Operational Controls
- Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- Supervise Subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE procedures.
- HSE Training, Awareness, and Communication
- Organize and coordinate training activities, HSE meetings, and awareness programs.
- Promote personnel indoctrination and the dissemination of HSE culture.
- Inspections, Audits, and Incident Management
- Plan and participate in inspections, audits, and HSE walk-arounds.
- Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Reporting, Statistics, and Continuous Improvement
- Prepare periodic HSE reports and update site statistics.
