This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our European team, supporting Lean transformation initiatives across our plants.
What You'll Do
Support lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processesParticipate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM,
Problem Solving)Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flowSupport implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deploymentLearn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement Your Profile:
Required
Italian and English speakerOpen to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximatelyConfident xrdztoy communicator with the ability to integrate easily in different working environmentsProficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)Basic knowledge of Lean toolsDesirables: Lean certificationsExperience in manufacturing, engineering, or qualityJoin us and be a change agent in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec!
