The “Internship” Level is the main entry point into ELC,
important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. #ELC Digital Marketing We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in media and digital marketing. Working closely with the team, the intern will be involved in:
- Monitoring media campaigns across different platforms;
- Supporting the preparation and review of post‑campaign reports;
- Executing and scheduling marketing campaigns through major digital channels;
- Assisting in the management of special projects and cross‑functional initiatives;
- Support the coordination of special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and media planning principles;
- Knowledge of the main social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube);
- Precision and attention to deadlines;
- Strong autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset;
- Degree in Marketing, Economics or related field;
- Proficiency in Canva, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
