About the Role
A leading global digital food delivery and marketplace organisation is seeking a Field Account Manager to develop and grow restaurant partnerships across Tuscany.
This is a commercially focused, field-based account management role combining B2B sales, relationship management, business development and partner growth. You will work directly with restaurant partners to improve their performance, increase orders and average order value, strengthen customer experience and maximise the value they generate through the platform.
The role offers a high level of autonomy, with most of the week spent visiting and supporting restaurant partners across the Tuscany region and the remainder working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of restaurant partnerships across Tuscany.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Identify commercial opportunities to increase orders, revenue and average order value.
- Provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on individual partner needs.
- Support new restaurant partners through onboarding and help them optimise their presence and performance.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor, helping partners improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor partner performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Prioritise and support activated restaurants to accelerate order growth.
- Help partners improve customer experience and overall performance.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and business reviews with restaurant partners.
