In this role, you lead the Aerospace Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) business across Europe for a global leader in assurance services supporting aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, MRO providers, and defense contractors. The position holds full regional accountability for growth, operational performance, and technical excellence across aerospace service lines.
The Aerospace Division Director is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening technical capability, and ensuring regulatory-compliant delivery of aerospace TIC services across Europe, including NDT, materials testing, structural integrity assessment, and certification support.
This is a senior executive leadership role with full P&L; ownership and direct responsibility for multi-country operations
.Key Responsibilities1. Regional Strategy & GrowthDefine and execute the European aerospace growth strategy aligned with global TIC prioritiesExpand presence across key aerospace markets: France, Germany, UK, Spain, and ItalyIdentify high-growth segments such as:
Composite structures and advanced materialsAdditive manufacturing qualificationDigital inspection and remote testing services2. Commercial LeadershipOwn full P&L; performance for the Aerospace EuropeDevelop and deepen strategic relationships with aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers (e.G., Airbus ecosystem, engine manufacturers, major MRO networks)Lead high-value contract negotiations and global framework agreementsDrive cross-selling across testing, inspection, certification, and advisory services3. Operational ExcellenceOversee accredited aerospace laboratories and field inspection teams across EuropeEnsure compliance with: EN9100 aerospace quality standardsNADCAP accreditation requirementsISO/IEC 17025 laboratory standardsStandardize processes and improve service consistency across countries4.
