To strengthen our international presence, we are looking for a highly autonomous and results-driven professional, operating as a self-employed freelance collaborator, for the role of Overseas Territory Manager (Freelance – VAT Registered).
Role Overview
The Overseas Territory Manager, operating under a freelance/VAT-registered contract, manages business development activities in assigned foreign territories, with full organizational autonomy.
The collaboration is structured in accordance with the European Commercial Agency guidelines, ensuring:
- autonomy in time management and activity planning,
- performance-based remuneration,




- compliance with EU transparency requirements for agreements with self-employed agents.

The professional represents Tecno-Gaz in the assigned markets, contributing to sales growth, distributor development, brand positioning, and market competitiveness.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the distribution network in the assigned area.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget in coordination with the Overseas Director.
- Set annual sales objectives for distributors and support them in achieving results.
- Propose and implement local marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy.
- Organize and deliver product training for end-users and partners.
- Coordinate participation in international fairs and events.
- Monitor customer payments and report any critical issues.
- Collect, analyze, and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to product range evolution by sharing feedback from end
