Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account role based in Bologna. The Sales Account professional will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, focusing on understanding their production and surface treatment needs and proposing tailored Norblast solutions. Daily activities include prospecting new clients, conducting sales meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts.
The role involves close collaboration with technical teams to translate customer requirements into effective solutions, as well as providing support and training to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The Sales Account will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales planning and targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Account Management skills, including pipeline development and relationship building.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess skills in Training and client onboarding to support product adoption and correct usage.
Candidates should possess a good understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments; experience in surface treatment or related technologies is an advantage.
